How to use: 1. Choose the correct Interprox size. Your dentist or hygienist can help you determine the appropriate size for your interdental spaces. 2. Gently insert the brush into the interdental space. Do not force the brush. 3. Move the brush back and forth in a sawing motion, cleaning the sides of both teeth. 4. Rinse the brush thoroughly with water after each use. 5. Replace the brush when the filaments become worn or frayed.
Recommended frequency: Use daily, preferably at night after brushing and flossing, to remove plaque and debris from between your teeth.
Additional tips: 1. Be gentle. Excessive force can damage your gums. 2. Use a mirror to help you see where you are placing the brush. 3. If you experience any bleeding or discomfort, consult your dentist or hygienist. 4. Store your interdental brushes in a clean, dry place. 5. Do not bend or twist the brush excessively during use. 6. Consider using a smaller brush size if you find it difficult to insert the brush comfortably.
