Directions for Use: 1. Cut approximately 18 inches of Phb Flour-Mint Dental Thread Ptfe.
2. Wrap most of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving a 1-2 inch section between them.
3. Hold the floss taut between your thumbs and index fingers.
4. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion.
5. Curve the floss around the base of each tooth in a C-shape, sliding it up and down beneath the gum line.
6. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth.
7. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after flossing.
Recommended Frequency: For optimal oral hygiene, use Phb Flour-Mint Dental Thread Ptfe at least once a day, preferably before bedtime.
Additional Tips: Be gentle to avoid injuring your gums.
