Gently guide the tape between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion. Avoid snapping the tape. 4. Curve the tape around each tooth in a "C" shape and slide it up and down against the tooth surface, just below the gum line. 5. Repeat this process for each tooth, using a fresh section of tape as needed.
Recommended Frequency: Use Kin Mentholated Dental Tape with Fluoride at least once a day, preferably before bedtime, to remove plaque and food particles that brushing may miss.
Additional Tips: 1. For optimal results, use Kin Mentholated Dental Tape after brushing with Kin toothpaste. 2. Be gentle to avoid injuring your gums.
