Product features:
- Dental: Floss
- ORAL: Promotions
Product Reference: #48444
How to use: 1. Cut approximately 45 cm (18 inches) of VITIS® Unwaxed Dental Floss. 2. Wrap most of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving a 3-5 cm (1-2 inch) section between them. 3. Hold the floss taut between your thumbs and index fingers. 4. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a sawing motion. Avoid snapping the floss. 5. Curve the floss around the base of each tooth in a "C" shape, sliding it beneath the gum line. 6. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth, unwinding from one finger and winding onto the other as you progress.
Recommended frequency: Use daily, preferably after brushing, to effectively remove plaque and maintain optimal oral hygiene.
Additional tips: Be gentle to avoid damaging your gums.
If you experience bleeding, it may indicate gum inflammation. Continue flossing regularly, and the bleeding should subside as your gums become healthier.
If bleeding persists, consult your dentist or dental hygienist.
For tight interdental spaces, the unwaxed floss may be more effective in reaching and cleaning these areas.
Don't be discouraged if flossing feels awkward at first. With practice, it will become easier and more comfortable.
Choose a time that works best for you to establish a consistent flossing routine.
