Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before application. 2. Tilt your head back slightly and gently pull down your lower eyelid. 3. Hold the bottle above your eye without touching the tip to your eye or eyelid. 4. Instill 1 or 2 drops into the lower eyelid pocket. 5. Close your eye gently for a few seconds to allow the drops to spread evenly. 6. If using contact lenses, you can apply the drops before or after lens insertion. 7. Replace the cap tightly after each use.
Recommended Frequency: Use 1-2 drops in each eye, as needed, throughout the day, especially before and after prolonged exposure to digital screens, sunlight, or other sources of UV and blue light.
