Product features:
- HEALTH: Test and Analysis
Product Reference: #272158
Instructions for Use:
1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Remove the cap of the Accu-Chek FastClix lancing device. 3. Insert a new Accu-Chek FastClix lancet drum (if needed). The drum contains six lancets.
4. Replace the cap. 5. Select the desired lancing depth by twisting the end cap. A higher number indicates a deeper penetration. Start with a lower setting and adjust as needed.
6. Prime the device by pressing the cocking button until you hear a click. 7. Place the device against the chosen fingertip and press the release button.
8. After use, remove the cap and twist the end cap to eject the used lancet. Dispose of the used lancet safely. 9. Replace the cap.
Recommended Frequency:
Frequency of use depends on your individual blood glucose monitoring needs as directed by your healthcare professional.
Additional Tips:
1. Do not reuse lancets. This can lead to infection and inaccurate results. 2. Rotate your lancing sites to avoid skin irritation and calluses.
3. Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. 4. If you experience any discomfort or issues with the device, consult your healthcare professional. 5. Always follow the instructions provided by your healthcare professional regarding blood glucose monitoring.
Sterile lancet, Polypropylene, Stainless steel
Warnings:
Single-use device. Do not reuse. Do not use if the protective cap is damaged or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have concerns about skin sensitivity or bleeding disorders. Do not share lancets with others to prevent the risk of infection.
