Directions for Use: 1. Shake the bottle well before each use. 2. Hold the bottle upright. 3. Direct the nozzle towards the back of your throat. 4. Press the pump to release the spray. 5. The usual dose is 2-3 sprays, several times a day as needed.


Recommended Frequency: Use as needed, several times a day. For optimal results, use 2-3 sprays per application. Do not exceed recommended dosage unless directed by a healthcare professional.
