Directions for Use:
1. Inhalation: Add 3-5 drops of Santiveri Essential Oil Eucalyptus to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water. Cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes. Keep your eyes closed during inhalation.
2. Diffuser: Add 5-10 drops to your diffuser according to the manufacturer's instructions. Enjoy the aromatic benefits.
3. Topical Application (Diluted): Always dilute essential oils before applying to skin. Mix 2-3 drops of Santiveri Essential Oil Eucalyptus with 1 tablespoon of a carrier oil such as almond, jojoba, or coconut oil. Gently massage onto the chest, back, or temples.
