Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear nasal passages. 2. Remove the protective cap. 3. Hold the bottle upright. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Recommended Frequency: Use one to two sprays in each nostril every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 applications per day per nostril. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days unless directed by a healthcare professional.
