Shake the pack well to distribute the cold evenly. 4. Apply the cold pack to the affected area for no more than 20 minutes at a time. 5. If necessary, reapply the cold pack after a 20-minute break.
Recommended Frequency: Apply the cold pack as needed for pain relief, but no more than 3-4 times per day. Allow sufficient time between applications to avoid skin irritation or frostbite.
