Directions for Use:
1. Open the pouch just before use. 2. Remove the heat wrap and peel away the paper backing. 3. Apply the adhesive side directly to the skin on the affected area, such as the lower back, neck, shoulder, or upper/lower leg. 4. Ensure the heat wrap lies flat and smooth against your skin. 5. ThermaCare HeatWraps heat up gradually and reach therapeutic temperature within 30 minutes. You will feel a gentle warming sensation.
Recommended Frequency:
Use one ThermaCare HeatWrap for up to 8 hours. Do not use more than one heat wrap per day on the same area. Do not wear for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period.
Additional Tips:
