Instructions for Use:
1. Before taking a measurement, sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. 2. Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, about 1 inch above the elbow. 3. Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight. 4. Turn on the Pic Tensiometer Mobile Rapid. 5. Press the "Start" button to begin the measurement. 6. Remain still and quiet while the device inflates the cuff and takes the reading. 7. Once the measurement is complete, the device will display your systolic and diastolic blood pressure, as well as your pulse rate. 8. Record your readings in the device's memory or sync them with the Pic mobile application via Bluetooth. 9. Remove the cuff from your arm.
