How to use: 1. Ensure the skin is clean and dry before application. 2. Apply COMPEED® Anti-Blister Stick directly to the areas of your feet or body prone to friction or where you anticipate rubbing from shoes or clothing.
3. Apply a thin, even layer. No need to rub in. 4. Reapply as needed, especially after sweating or contact with water.
