Urgotul S.Ag is a non-adhesive hydrocolloid dressing which does not adhere to wounds, making it easy to change without pain or trauma to the wound. They are flexible and highly anatomical.
When these dressings come into contact with the burn, the particles they are composed of turn into a gel that interacts with the petroleum jelly base, facilitating the healing process. The presence of argentic sulphadiazine provides a bactericidal effect on most burn superinfections.
