1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before applying the dressing.
2. Cleanse the wound area as directed by your healthcare professional.
3. Gently dry the surrounding skin.
4. Open the sterile packaging carefully, avoiding touching the adhesive side of the dressing.
5. Peel off the protective backing and apply the dressing directly over the wound, ensuring the medicated tampon is in full contact with the affected area.
6. Smooth down the edges of the dressing to secure it in place.
7. Do not stretch the dressing during application.
Recommended Frequency:
Change the dressing as directed by your healthcare professional. This is typically every 24 to 48 hours, or as needed if the dressing becomes soiled or saturated.
