Open the Nexcare Blood Stop sachet and remove the protective strip. 4. Apply the strip directly over the wound, ensuring the adhesive backing makes full contact with the surrounding skin. 5. Apply gentle pressure to the strip for a few minutes to aid adhesion and promote blood clotting. 6. Leave the strip in place until it naturally detaches. Do not forcibly remove the strip.
Recommended Frequency: Apply a new Nexcare Blood Stop strip as needed for active bleeding from minor cuts, scratches, and grazes. Typically, one application is sufficient. If bleeding persists, seek medical advice.
Additional Tips: For optimal results, ensure the wound area is clean and dry before application. Do not apply the strip to deep wounds, puncture wounds, animal bites, or burns.
