How to use
Ingredients
Shop Online Hypafix Gasa Adhesiva 10 Cm X 2 M 1 Unidad Bsn Medical at best price.
Product features:
- First Aid: Dressings and Bandages
Product Reference: #249542
Directions for Use:
1. Clean and dry the skin thoroughly around the wound or area where Hypafix will be applied. Ensure the area is free from any lotions, oils, or other substances that may interfere with adhesion.
2. Cut the required length of Hypafix from the roll. Leave a margin of approximately 2 cm around the wound or dressing.
3. Remove the protective backing paper from the Hypafix.
4. Position the Hypafix over the wound or dressing, ensuring it adheres smoothly to the skin.
5. Smooth down the edges of the Hypafix firmly to ensure a secure seal.
6. Avoid stretching the Hypafix during application, as this may reduce its adhesive properties.
Recommended Frequency:
Hypafix can be left in place for several days, depending on the clinical condition and the level of exudate. Change the Hypafix if it becomes soiled, loose, or if the dressing underneath requires changing. Inspect the skin regularly for any signs of irritation or allergic reaction.
Additional Tips:
For areas with complex contours, such as joints, consider cutting notches into the edges of the Hypafix to allow for greater flexibility and prevent lifting. Do not apply Hypafix directly over open wounds. Use an appropriate primary dressing to cover the wound before applying Hypafix as a secondary dressing. If redness, itching, or any other signs of skin irritation occur, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Store Hypafix in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Rayon, Cellulose Fibers, Synthetic Rubber Adhesive, Release Paper
Warnings:
Hypafix is generally well tolerated. In rare cases, allergic reactions may occur. If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Do not apply to open wounds. The product contains synthetic rubber which may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
