- First Aid: Dressings and Bandages
Product Reference: #192536
Directions for Use: 1. Clean and dry the skin thoroughly where the tape will be applied. 2. Cut the desired length of tape. 3. Remove the protective backing from the tape. 4. Apply the tape firmly but gently to the skin, smoothing it down to ensure good adhesion. 5. To remove, gently peel the tape back from the skin, pulling in the direction of hair growth to minimize discomfort.
Recommended Frequency: Change the tape as needed, typically once a day or when the dressing needs to be changed. If the tape becomes soiled or loses its adhesion, replace it sooner.
Additional Tips: Avoid applying the tape to broken or irritated skin. If redness or irritation occurs, discontinue use. Store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For sensitive skin, test the tape on a small area before applying it to a larger area. Ensure the wound is properly cleaned and dressed before applying the tape. Do not stretch the tape tightly during application, as this may cause discomfort or restrict blood flow. If using to secure a dressing, ensure the dressing is the appropriate size and covers the wound completely.
Rayon, Polyacrylate adhesive
Warnings:
If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Do not apply to heavily bleeding wounds. Store in a cool, dry place. Single use. The product contains rayon, avoid contact with open flame.
