How to use: 1. Ensure your hands are clean and dry. 2. Remove the TENA Lady Discreet pad from its individual wrapper. 3. Peel off the backing strip from the adhesive side of the pad. 4. Position the pad centrally in your underwear, ensuring the adhesive side is facing the fabric. 5. Smooth the pad down to ensure it adheres securely and comfortably. 6. Once used, carefully peel the pad away from your underwear. 7. Wrap the used pad in its original wrapper or tissue paper and dispose of it hygienically in a bin.
