Directions for Use: 1. Ensure your hands are clean and dry before opening the individual pad wrapper. 2. Peel off the adhesive backing strip from the wings of the pad. 3. Position the pad centrally in your underwear, ensuring the wings fold down and around the gusset. 4. Smooth the pad against your underwear to secure it in place. 5. For optimal comfort and protection, adjust the pad as needed.


Recommended Frequency: Change the pad regularly, typically every 4-6 hours, or more frequently as needed, depending on your individual flow. Do not flush used pads down the toilet. Wrap the used pad in the wrapper from the new pad or in toilet paper and dispose of it in a sanitary bin.
