Microwave the case with the cup and water inside for the recommended time according to your microwave's power (usually 3-5 minutes). Check your microwave's instructions for heating liquids. 5. Carefully remove the case from the microwave, as it will be hot. 6. Allow the cup and case to cool completely before handling. 7. Empty the remaining water and allow the case to air dry. 8. Recommended frequency: Sterilize your menstrual cup in the Enna Case And Bag before the first use and after each cycle. You can also sterilize it as needed between uses if you don't have access to clean water.
