Directions for Use: 1. Ensure your hands are clean and dry. 2. Apply a generous amount of Viñas Pan Reumol Hand Bath Gel to your hands, covering all surfaces including fingers and knuckles. 3. Gently massage the gel into your hands for 2-3 minutes, paying particular attention to areas of stiffness or discomfort. 4. Allow the gel to remain on your hands for approximately 15-20 minutes to allow the thermal action to take effect. 5. After 15-20 minutes, rinse your hands thoroughly with warm water and pat dry with a soft towel. 6. For optimal results, follow with a moisturizing hand cream.
Recommended Frequency: Use Viñas Pan Reumol Hand Bath Gel 2-3 times per week, or as needed, depending on the severity of hand stiffness and discomfort. You can also use it daily for intense treatment during periods of increased discomfort.
Additional Tips: For enhanced warmth, you can gently warm the gel in your hands before application.
