Directions for Use:
For a Foot Soak: 1. Add 1/2 - 1 cup of Bodyologist Calming Crystals to a basin of warm water.
2. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes. 3. Gently pat your feet dry.
For a Bath Soak: 1. Add 1-2 cups of Bodyologist Calming Crystals to a warm bath.
2. Soak for 20-30 minutes. 3. Rinse your body with clean water after soaking.
Recommended Frequency: As needed or 2-3 times per week for optimal relaxation and rejuvenation.
Additional Tips: For an enhanced experience, light candles and play relaxing music during your soak.
After your soak, apply your favorite moisturizer to your feet or body to lock in hydration.
Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
