Directions for Use:

1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling your lenses. 2. Remove the contact lens from its blister pack. 3. Place the lens on the tip of your index finger. Ensure the lens is right-side out (it should look like a tiny bowl, not a saucer with a lip). 4. Using your free hand, gently pull up your upper eyelid and hold it against your brow bone. 5. With the middle finger of the hand holding the lens, pull down your lower eyelid. 6. Look straight ahead and slowly bring the lens towards your eye. 7. Gently place the lens on the colored part of your eye (iris). 8. Slowly release your eyelids and blink a few times. 9. Repeat the process for the other eye.

Recommended Frequency:

ACUVUE Vita lenses are designed for monthly replacement. This means you should wear a single pair for up to 30 days, then discard them and start with a fresh pair. Do not wear lenses longer than prescribed by your eye care professional.

Additional Tips:

1. Always follow the instructions provided by your eye care professional. 2. Use a recommended lens care solution to clean and store your lenses when not in use. 3. Never use tap water to rinse your lenses or lens case. 4. Replace your lens case regularly, typically every 3 months. 5. Remove your lenses immediately and consult your eye care professional if you experience any redness, pain, or blurry vision. 6. While these lenses offer UV protection, they should not be considered a replacement for sunglasses as they do not cover the entire eye and surrounding area. 7.
