2. Using the rounded tip of the applicator, carefully outline the contours of your lips.
3. Fill in the remaining lip area using the curved section of the applicator for even and complete coverage.4. For a more intense color payoff, apply a second layer after the first has dried.
Recommended Frequency: Apply as often as desired.
