Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the bristles of the Oral-B Complete Medium toothbrush. 2. Place the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums. 3. Gently brush each tooth in a circular motion, ensuring you reach all surfaces. 4. Brush for at least two minutes, paying attention to the gum line, outer surfaces, inner surfaces, and chewing surfaces of each tooth. 5. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 6. Rinse the toothbrush head thoroughly under running water and store upright to air dry.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth twice a day, every day, for two minutes each time, preferably after breakfast and before bed.
