Julie Massé is a perfumer born in Tokyo, but her family comes from Grasse, the world’s capital of perfumery, located at the South of France. She grew up in Japan, that is the reason why she is attracted by tatami mats, tea and papyrus scents. Moreover, she gets the inspiration for her perfumes while travelling, when she unconsciously captures different scents.
