Herbotopa by El Naturalista is a product based on traditional plants that can improve the symptoms associated with the female menstrual cycle. Mustard seeds are used for their stimulating and aperitif action.
- Nettle, due to its tannin content, has toning and haemostatic properties.
- Dandelion, Levisticum, Marjoram and Chamomile contain bitter substances and are used as stomach tonics.
- Yarrow and Sage are said to restore menstrual normality and act as tonics.
- Mint and Rosemary are considered tonic because of their menthol and phenolic acid content respectively. It is recommended to bring to the boil.
How to use:
Leave to stand in the covered container until it has cooled down.
Strain.
Honey or sugar may be added if desired.
Drink preferably after meals.
