Megasmect | Megasmect Diosmectita 10 Envelopes Megasmect Diosmectite 10 Envelopes is a food supplement whose function is to treat acute and chronic diarrhoea, both in children and adults, protecting the intestinal wall, absorbing the microorganisms and toxins that cause diarrhoea, regulating intestinal permeability and providing antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activity on the intestinal epithelium.
