3. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 4. Do not swallow.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with PHB Time To Care So Y Forever Toothpaste at least twice a day, ideally after every meal, or as directed by your dentist or dental hygienist.
Additional Tips: For optimal oral hygiene, consider using PHB Time To Care So Y Forever Toothpaste in conjunction with flossing daily and using a tongue scraper.
For children under six, use a pea-sized amount and supervise brushing to minimize swallowing.
