BOIRON Homeodent Lemon has a blend of medicinal plants and fluoride salts that provide the right care for teeth and gums to keep them healthy. To this end, BOIRON has used the benefits of medicinal plants such as plantain, which helps to soothe sore gums and prevent infections in bleeding gums. This is thanks to its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and haemostatic properties.

Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Boiron Homeodent Lemon Toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. 2. Gently brush all tooth surfaces for at least two minutes, reaching all areas of the mouth. 3. Pay special attention to the gum line. 4. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.


Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with Boiron Homeodent Lemon Toothpaste at least twice a day, ideally after every meal, or as directed by your dental professional.


Additional Tips: For optimal oral hygiene, consider the following:
1. Replace your toothbrush every 3 months or sooner if the bristles become frayed. 2. Floss daily to remove plaque and food particles from between teeth. 3. Visit your dentist regularly for checkups and professional cleanings. 4. For sensitive gums, use a soft-bristled toothbrush and gentle brushing techniques. 5. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your dentist or physician. 6. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children.
