Gently brush each tooth in a circular motion, ensuring all surfaces are cleaned. 4. Pay special attention to the gum line and hard-to-reach areas at the back of the mouth. 5. Brush your tongue gently to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 6. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 7. Clean the toothbrush under running water and store it upright in a clean, dry place with the protective cap on.

Recommended frequency: Brush your teeth for two minutes, twice a day, after breakfast and before bed, or as recommended by your dentist.
