Brush the chewing surfaces of your teeth. 6. Gently brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 7. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 8. Clean the brush thoroughly after each use and allow it to air dry.

Recommended frequency: Use the Meridol Gum Brush twice daily, in the morning and evening, for at least two minutes each time, in conjunction with Meridol toothpaste, for optimal gum health.
