Gently brush in a circular motion, ensuring you clean all tooth surfaces. 5. Brush each tooth individually, paying attention to the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces. 6. Don't forget to brush your tongue gently to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 7. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 8. Rinse the toothbrush under running water and store upright to air dry.
Recommended Frequency:
