Expectorate the mouthwash after rinsing. 5. Do not rinse with water immediately after use to allow the active ingredients to work effectively.
Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily, after brushing and flossing, preferably in the morning and evening.
Additional Tips: For optimal results, avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after using Lape Chlorhexidine Mouthwash.
