Directions for Use: 1. Gently insert the GUM® Soft-Picks Advanced Regular Soft Pick between your teeth. 2. Move the soft pick back and forth in a gentle sawing motion to remove plaque and debris. 3. Do not force the soft pick into tight spaces. 4. Rinse the soft pick with water after each use. 5. Discard the soft pick after a single use.
