Directions for Use: 1. Cut approximately 18 inches of GUM Butlerweave Wax and Menthol Floss. 2. Wrap most of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving a 1-2 inch section between them. 3. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion. 4. Curve the floss around the base of each tooth in a "C" shape, sliding it up and down beneath the gum line. 5. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth. 6. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after flossing.

Recommended Frequency: For optimal oral hygiene, use GUM Butlerweave Wax and Menthol Floss daily, preferably before bedtime.
