Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the Activital Gum Compact Toothbrush Medium Size. 2. Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums. 3. Gently brush each tooth in a circular motion, ensuring you reach all surfaces. 4. Brush the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of each tooth. 5. Use gentle back-and-forth strokes to clean the chewing surfaces. 6. Pay special attention to the gum line and areas where the teeth meet the gums. 7. Brush your tongue gently to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 8. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 9. Rinse the toothbrush thoroughly under running water and store upright in a clean, dry place.

Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with the Activital Gum Compact Toothbrush Medium Size at least twice a day, for at least two minutes each time, after meals. Ideally, brush after every meal.
