How to use
Ingredients
Based on sea water, peppermint and aloe vera, it helps to relieve the sensation of nasal blockage.

Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any existing mucus. 2. Shake the bottle well before each use. 3. Remove the protective cap. 4. Tilt your head slightly forward. 5. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. 6. Close the other nostril with your finger. 7. Press the pump firmly and quickly while inhaling gently through your nose. 8. Repeat in the other nostril. 9. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use and replace the protective cap.
Recommended Frequency: Use 1-2 sprays in each nostril, up to 3-4 times per day, as needed to relieve nasal congestion. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days unless directed by a healthcare professional.
Additional Tips: For best results, use Normomar Nasal Spray Aloe Mint at the first sign of nasal congestion. Do not share this product with others to avoid spreading infection.
