Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear loose mucus. 2. Remove the protective cap. 3. Before the first use, prime the pump by pressing it a few times until a fine mist appears. 4. Tilt your head slightly forward. 5. Carefully insert the nozzle into one nostril, keeping the bottle upright. 6.
