How to use

Press the bottle firmly and briefly to administer the solution into the nostril. 5. Breathe in gently through your nose while applying the solution. 6. Repeat steps 3-5 for the other nostril. 7. Allow the solution to drain for a few seconds, then gently blow your nose again if needed.
Recommended Frequency: Use 1-3 times per day in each nostril as needed to relieve nasal congestion and other symptoms. For children under 6 years old, consult a healthcare professional before use.
