Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any obstructions. 2. Shake the bottle well before each use. 3. Remove the protective cap. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Close the other nostril with your finger. 6. While inhaling gently, press the pump to deliver one spray. 7. Repeat in the other nostril. 8. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use and replace the protective cap.


Recommended Frequency: Use as needed to relieve nasal dryness and stuffiness. Generally, 1-2 sprays in each nostril, several times a day, is sufficient. Do not exceed 6 applications per day per nostril.


Additional Tips: For optimal hygiene, this product should be used by only one person. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days, consult a healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing. This product is intended to moisturize and soothe dry nasal passages. It is not intended to treat underlying medical conditions.
