Position the wristband so the metal splint is centered under your wrist. 4. Wrap the strap around your wrist and secure it with the fastener. 5. Adjust the tightness of the strap to achieve a comfortable level of compression. Do not overtighten. 6. If using the removable palm stabilizer, ensure it is positioned correctly to provide additional support to your palm.
