Insert your thumb into the thumb compartment, ensuring a comfortable fit. 3. Close the wrist strap first, adjusting the tightness for support without restricting circulation. 4. Fasten the thumb strap securely, ensuring the thumb is held in a functional position. 5. Adjust the forearm strap for additional support and stability as needed.
