Hot Therapy: Heat the Nexcare Coldhot Prem23 in the microwave according to the instructions on the product packaging (heating times may vary depending on microwave wattage). 5. Carefully remove the pack from the microwave and check the temperature before applying. 6. If the temperature is comfortable, apply to the affected area and secure with the elastic bandages. 7. Important: Never overheat the pack. 8. Always test the temperature on a small area of skin before applying to the affected area to avoid burns.
