Actimove TaloWrap helps to reduce the swelling and pain associated with inflammatory conditions and overuse injuries via elasticated material and a figure-of-8 strapping method, designed to provide stability, allowing individual adjustment of compression level. This size is for ankles with a circumference of 20.5 - 23cm.

How to Use: 1. Position the foot at a 90-degree angle.
2. Place the heel in the designated area of the wrap.
3. Begin wrapping from the inside of the foot, moving upwards over the ankle.
4. Continue wrapping in a figure-of-8 pattern, ensuring the wrap is snug but not too tight.
5. Secure the wrap with the fastening strap.
6. Ensure the wrap is comfortable and allows for normal circulation.


Recommended Frequency: Use as needed throughout the day, especially during activities that put stress on the ankle. Remove the wrap periodically to allow the skin to breathe.


Additional Tips: Consult with a healthcare professional if pain persists or worsens.
Do not overtighten the wrap, as this can restrict blood flow.
If the wrap becomes wet or soiled, replace it with a clean, dry one.
