How to use: 1. Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor and your back supported. 2. Place the cuff on your left wrist, with the display facing upwards. The bottom edge of the cuff should be approximately 1cm above the base of your palm. 3. Support your arm on a table or flat surface so that the cuff is at heart level. 4. Press the START/STOP button. 5. Remain still and silent while the device takes your blood pressure reading. 6. Once the measurement is complete, the systolic and diastolic readings, as well as the pulse rate, will be displayed. 7. Press the START/STOP button again to turn the device off.
Recommended frequency: As advised by your doctor. Generally, regular monitoring is recommended for individuals managing hypertension or other cardiovascular conditions. For general health checks, occasional monitoring may be sufficient.
