How to Use:
1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and feet flat on the floor. 2. Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, about 1 inch above the elbow. 3. Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight. 4. Turn on the device and select your user profile. 5. Remain still and silent during the measurement. 6. The device will inflate and deflate the cuff automatically. 7. Your blood pressure and pulse readings will be displayed on the screen. 8. Record your readings and consult your doctor if you have any concerns.
Recommended Frequency:
