How to Use:
1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and feet flat on the floor. 2. Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, about 1 inch above the elbow. 3. Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight. 4. Turn on the device. 5. Remain still and silent while the device inflates the cuff and takes your blood pressure reading. 6. The device will display your systolic and diastolic blood pressure, as well as your pulse rate. 7. Record your readings and consult with your doctor if necessary.
Recommended Frequency:
Follow your doctor's recommendations for how often to monitor your blood pressure. If you are self-monitoring, it is generally recommended to take readings at the same time each day, at least twice a day, for a week. Take readings in both the morning and evening and record them.
Additional Tips:
1. Avoid caffeine, nicotine, and exercise for at least 30 minutes before taking your blood pressure. 2. Empty your bladder before taking a reading. 3. Do not talk or move during the measurement. 4.
