Cleanse the wound area gently with a suitable antiseptic solution and allow it to dry completely. 3. Open the sterile packaging carefully, avoiding touching the adhesive surface of the dressing. 4. Peel off the protective backing from the dressing. 5. Center the dressing over the wound, ensuring the absorbent pad covers the entire affected area. 6. Gently smooth down the edges of the dressing to secure it in place, avoiding wrinkles or creases. 7. Do not stretch the dressing during application.
Recommended Frequency: Change the dressing daily or as needed, depending on the condition of the wound and the amount of exudate. If the dressing becomes wet or soiled, replace it immediately.
Additional Tips: For optimal wound healing, keep the wound area clean and dry. Avoid applying lotions, creams, or ointments directly to the wound unless instructed by a healthcare professional.
